DriverReady English (“DriverReady,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an online training and readiness platform designed to help commercial drivers practice English communication, roadside interaction skills, highway-sign recognition, and related driver-readiness activities.

DriverReady readiness scores and related results are proprietary training metrics. They are not government scores, certifications, or official determinations of regulatory compliance.
Voice and Audio Information
Certain DriverReady features allow users to respond to questions using a microphone.
Depending on the feature and browser technology being used, your spoken response may be processed to generate a text transcript or otherwise support the practice experience.
DriverReady may process:

Unless expressly disclosed within the applicable feature, DriverReady does not intentionally use voice recordings to create biometric voiceprints or identify individuals through biometric characteristics.
